Apple officially stated that the Apple iPhone 15 series will be available on September 12, and as the date approaches, it is natural to expect more rumors. The most recent information comes from respected analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who revealed some facts about the iPhone 15’s colors and production. Here are the specifics.

Kuo has disclosed that the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max would be available in gray, white, black, and blue, which isn’t really intriguing. There’s no mention of a unique color for this year, so I’m thinking it’ll be the speculated blue with a grey undertone. This also implies that the previously rumored gold color for the iPhone 15 Pro may not be available.

These possibilities are claimed to mirror the titanium vibe, which Apple would most likely choose for the Pro models. The titanium construction could explain why the iPhone 15 Pro models will be lighter than the iPhone 14 Pro. This also implies that the previously rumored gold color for the iPhone 15 Pro may not be available. The iPhone 15 and 15 Plus will be available in black, pink, yellow, blue, and green hues. Given that the usual models favor bright colors, this year may be no exception!

It is also reported that the rumored production issue (of the iPhone 15 Pro) has been overcome, owing to the stacked CIS and the usage of a titanium frame, and so there may not be a delay in shipments. However, because mass manufacturing of the iPhone 15 Pro Max began late, we may not see a large number of units and its sale may be delayed. This has been suggested for quite some time.

Aside from these specifics, we have a general notion of what to expect. The iPhone 15 series will include various modifications, including the addition of a USB Type-C connection, Dynamic Island, and a 48MP main snapper for all models, as well as a few design adjustments and upgrades. The new Apple Watch Series 9 is also on the way.

Because the debut is in a few days, it’s better to wait until then to find out what Apple has in store for us this year. Stay tuned as we will be covering everything in real time.
