OnePlus is not content with launching a single tablet; they intend to grow their presence in the tablet industry. As previously stated, the Chinese electronics manufacturer is working on the OnePlus Pad Go, which is set to be released in India very soon. The smartphone has already been teased on Flipkart and via the official social media handle. Furthermore, a new photo has surfaced via Digital Trends, giving us our first comprehensive look at the item.
What is on the OnePlus Pad Go?
The fresh photograph of the OnePlus Pad Go clearly shows a two-tone design on the tablet’s back side. A section of the area around the camera is in a dark color tone, while the remainder is in a light color tone.
OnePlus President and COO Kinder Liu also discussed the device’s display characteristics in an interview. The next low-cost tablet will not compensate for the display, since it will include a 2K panel with a 7:5 aspect ratio, similar to the OnePlus Pad. The older sister includes an 11.6-inch display with a resolution of 2800 × 2000 pixels and a pixel density of 296ppi.
The next “mid-tier entertainment tablet” will almost certainly have a superior display than the rest of the competition in the same class. Furthermore, the display will be eye-care ready and will enable Dolby Atmos for improved audio.
On the software front, the OnePlus Pad Go will include a Content transfer feature that will allow Oneplus customers to seamlessly transfer clipboard content and send files from smartphones to the tablet via gestures. There will also be a shared hotspot to allow data sharing between phones and tablets. There will also be the option to mirror screens, sync notifications, and handle phone calls. OnePlus intends to add more capabilities to its tablets and smartphones in order to promote cross-device interoperability.
